👨🏼‍👩🏻‍👧🏻‍👦🏼🚗MAXIMUM CAPACITY The cabin sleeps up to 12 guests and allows for a maximum of 4 vehicles. This includes two driveway spaces. 🏔️ MOUNTAIN ROADS The final mile leading to the cabin includes some steep and winding mountain roads. The last 100 yards or so leading to the cabin is gravel. ✅ HOT TUB RULES Guests must be 18+ or supervised by an adult to use the hot tub. Please avoid alcohol near the hot tub and use at your own risk. 😺🐶 NO PETS ALLOWED For the comfort of all our guests, pets are not permitted. If a pet is brought into the property, we will charge an additional $175 and you will likely be asked to leave. 🎥 SAFETY CAMERA An exterior camera is installed for guest safety. Tampering with this device is not permitted. 📜 RENTAL AGREEMENT A signed rental agreement is required to confirm your reservation. This helps ensure a smooth and secure experience for both parties. 🐻 WILDLIFE Our cabin is tucked away in the woods, offering a peaceful mountain escape surrounded by nature. Because of the natural setting, you may hear or see some local wildlife. The cabin has a roof with no attic, so sounds like rain or the occasional squirrel on the roof may be more noticeable. It's all part of the cozy, close-to-nature experience! We also perform monthly pest control, but due to the forest setting, insects may occasionally find their way inside, especially during certain seasons. This is a normal part of being in the mountains, and we appreciate your understanding as we balance comfort with the natural environment. While bear sightings are rare, they are a possibility in this area. If you do happen to see one, whether in the park or near the cabin, please enjoy it from a safe distance and do not feed it. For your safety and theirs, it’s best to admire wildlife without interaction. 🕰️EARLY CHECK IN OR LATE CHECK OUT We do our best to accommodate requests but are dependent on our cleaning team’s schedule. Requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Unapproved late checkouts will be charged $50 per hour, rounded up to the next full hour. 🔥 NO OPEN FLAMES OR CANDLES For the safety of all guests and our property, open flames of any kind—including candles—are strictly prohibited. A $100 fee will be charged if this rule is violated, plus the cost of any damages incurred. Fires permitted in the living room fireplace and backyard fire pit. Fires must be supervised by an adult at all times. 🎉 NO PARTIES To maintain a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors, parties and large gatherings are not permitted. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM. Please keep noise to a minimum after this time.
